The Opportunity
As Associate Director of SEO & Content, you'll be responsible for team leadership and hands-on client success. You'll manage 2-4 SEO consultants, with your primary objective being to ensure the team is driving client results, maintaining a positive client relationship and ensuring client retention and growth.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Organic Growth, you'll:
- Lead and develop a team of 2-4 SEO consultants, ensuring consistent quality and results
- Develop relationships and oversee content partners that help deliver quality content that power our strategic approach to organic growth for clients
- Oversee strategic direction of our client engagements and drive innovation across the agency
- Maintain executive-level client relationships and communication
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
- Contribute to agency thought leadership and best practices
- Coordinate with Digital PR team for content promotion alignment

Required Experience
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
- 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years managing B2B SaaS accounts
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level accounts
- Deep expertise in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, with strong knowledge of Content Optimization Tools and Platforms
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Track record of achieving or exceeding MQL and SQL targets
- Remote work experience and excellent virtual communication skills
- Drive results without the typical agency constraints
- Work with premium B2B SaaS clients who respect expertise
