We are looking for an experienced Content Lead who combines strong content knowledge and writing, sharp SEO thinking, and confident social media execution with a deeply growth-oriented mindset. This is not a traditional content role and not a generic social role. It is for someone who understands how content, search, and distribution work together to drive measurable business results.
You will plan our content roadmap, own the keyword strategy end to end, produce high-quality content across multiple formats, and run our social channels with intention and creativity. You will use data, search insights, and AI tools to guide your decisions, and you will take ideas from concept to execution quickly.
The goal is simple, and entirely organic: consistent, meaningful growth in customer acquisition, traffic, reach, and engagement, driven by someone who treats content and social as proper growth levers.
Own and evolve the content strategy, setting priorities based on impact and opportunity.
Build and maintain the blog calendar.
Set and refine the keyword strategy using Semrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA, and competitive insights, with particular attention to SEO and AI SEO and how search behaviour is shifting.
Write blogs, landing pages, and newsletters with clarity and authority.
Produce content that ranks, converts, and supports merchants across review marketing, trust, and ecommerce growth.
Translate data, insights, and research into accessible narratives and compelling stories.
Ensure every piece of content has a long life through effective repurposing.
Own the social media editorial calendar across Linkedin and X.
Write posts, short scripts, captions, and social-first content tailored to each platform.
Repurpose long-form content into carousels, threads, clips, charts, and visual explainers.
Track performance, test formats, and iterate quickly based on what resonates.
Use a journalist’s approach to first-party data, shaping clear, compelling stories from research and market insights.
Contribute to category reports and research-led pieces such as the our Trust Report.
You’ve owned growth KPIs and delivered results through content, SEO, and social media, and can demonstrate impact on organic traffic from your previous roles.
You owned the full strategy-to-execution journey and are comfortable discussing results, decisions, and the trade-offs you made.
You know search behaviour, keywords, and ranking patterns inside out, including how AI SEO and LLMs are reshaping search.
You’re an early adopter of AI tools and use them to speed up research, writing, and distribution.
You owned strategy-to-execution and you are comfortable talking about results, decision and trade-offs made.
You generate a steady flow of ideas. We would rather filter them than nudge you to contribute.
You enjoy being close to the work, writing regularly, and turning ideas into execution without waiting for direction.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where impact is visible and measurable.
You are both comfortable with strategy and execution - every person at judge.me owns the execution of their own areas.
You’ve worked in growth content, SEO-led content, or a role that blended content and social.
You’ve owned a content strategy before, especially one where SEO really mattered.
You’re comfortable getting your hands dirty with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social analytics.
You feel at home in tools like Canva, Figma, Framer, and lightweight video or clip tools such as Opus Clips.
You’ve spent time in eCommerce, SaaS, or data-led content environments, and you understand how content supports growth.
You enjoy turning research and data into stories that are clear, useful, and genuinely interesting.
You’re paying attention to how AI is changing search and distribution, and you’re curious to experiment rather than just follow trends.
You can confidently write about core eCommerce growth topics such as SEO, conversion rate optimisation, email, or paid media. You don’t need to know everything, but you should go deep in at least one area.
You’re familiar with Shopify and have a good sense of how merchants actually run and grow their stores.
