Your Team
The Digital Customer & Experience team is part of CFS’s Customer Office which is accountable for delivering market-leading digital experiences for our customers, advisers and employers across CFS website and other key digital assets.
The Digital Optimisation Manager reports to Senior Manager – Digital Optimisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse data, user research and SEO insights to make strategic recommendations to enhance content structure, streamline user journeys, and elevate the overall user experience to drive commercial outcomes.
- Establish, track and evaluate key metrics and KPIs to enable ongoing optimisation of customer experiences and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Craft and refine clear, customer-centric content aligned with our digital style guide.
- Design and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), adhering to digital best practices and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to lead the optimisation of the CFS public website and its core functionalities, driving measurable business outcomes by improving website performance.
Your Capability and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in digital sales related roles with a strong focus on funnel optimisation and performance outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify issues and recommend best-practice digital solutions.
- Extensive experience in content creation, writing/editing, as well as SEO, analytics and digital marketing.
- Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiar with the broader Adobe suite, including Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms such as Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business financials and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key performance metrics.
