-Accurately and efficiently upload and manage new products on the BigCommerce platform.
-Coordinate with inventory team to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
-Learn the BigCommerce system and how it integrates with our tools and processes.
Website Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
-Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website.
-Monitor site functionality and report or fix bugs as needed.
-Maintain consistent site performance and user experience.
SEO Support:
-Assist in optimizing product listings and webpages for search engine visibility.
-Apply on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, alt-text, and URL structuring.
-Stay informed of SEO trends and contribute to strategy improvements as needed.
Communication and Coordination:
-Maintain regular communication with the U.S based team.
-Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining clear communication.
Qualifications:
-Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
-Ability to learn new software quickly.
-Experience with BigCommerce or eCommerce platforms is a plus-but not required.
-Flexibility with working hours aligned to US business hours (Central Time)
