About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & SEO Specialist to accelerate user acquisition and organic traffic growth through data-driven strategies. This hybrid role requires expertise in growth marketing tactics and search engine optimization to maximize visibility, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and other assets to drive organic growth.
- Run paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize for ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align SEO and growth initiatives.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and growth marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
