This role will be instrumental in driving companyâs digital presence and lead generation efforts across various APAC markets. You'll work closely with the regional marketing team and local country teams, and will also report directly to the Global In\-Charge of SEO\/SEM. This ensures alignment with global digital strategies and provides opportunities for advanced learning and collaboration. A key aspect of this role will be staying abreast of the rapidly evolving landscape of AI in SEO and adapting strategies accordingly.<\/span>

· Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for relevant search terms in APAC markets.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Perform on\-page SEO optimization, including meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and content optimization.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Assist with technical SEO audits and work with web development teams to implement recommendations (e.g., site speed, sitemaps, robots.txt).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Econda Analytics and Google Search Console.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Continuously research and keep up\-to\-date with the latest AI trends and their impact on SEO, including AI Overviews, generative AI in search, and answer engine optimization (AEO).<\/span>

· Stay up\-to\-date with general SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.<\/span>

SEM Campaign Management<\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>

· Assist in the planning of paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Baidu\/Naver\/Yahoo! Japan (depending on markets).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Work closely with and manage local country agencies responsible for the execution and optimization of these paid search campaigns.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Provide guidance and support to agencies on keyword research, ad copy development, and targeting strategies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Monitor agency performance, analyze campaign data, and provide recommendations for bid adjustments, budget allocation, and overall strategy improvements.<\/span>

Content & Website Support<\/u><\/b><\/span>

· Support website updates and ensure content is optimized for search engines.<\/span>

· Assist in maintaining website health and user experience.<\/span>

Reporting & Analysis<\/span>

· Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including orders, revenue, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), across various platforms.<\/span>

· Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>

Regional & Global Collaboration<\/b><\/span>

· Work closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives.<\/span>

· Collaborate with and report to the Global In\-Charge of SEO\/SEM to align on global strategies, share best practices, and contribute to international initiatives, particularly regarding AI's influence on search.<\/span>

· Support digital marketing initiatives for specific APAC countries.<\/span>

Qualifications<\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Bachelor's degree \/ Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· 2\-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Hands\-on experience with Econda Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo! Japan is essential.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>
· Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is a strong plus.<\/span>

· Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.<\/span>

· Demonstrated interest in and willingness to learn about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on search engine optimization and marketing.<\/span>
