Are you a hands-on marketing professional who’s ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? Do you have solid experience in SEO, social media management, and creative content development? Sweetie Boy Transportation is seeking a Marketing Manager who is more “doer” than “delegator”—someone ready to take ownership of projects and drive results.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence and branding. You’ll work closely with our internal team to build and execute engaging marketing strategies that boost visibility and promote growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to grow engagement and visibility.
• SEO & Web Management: Optimize and update our WordPress website for performance, search visibility, and user experience.
• Content Creation: Write blogs, newsletters, and campaign copy that speaks in our brand voice and connects with our audience.
• Graphic Design: Create branded materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Video Editing & Photography: Capture and produce visual content for digital campaigns and social media.
• Branded Merchandise: Design and manage orders for company merchandise.
• Marketing Strategy: Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Project Management: Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities, timelines, and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Strong SEO knowledge and ability to optimize content for web search.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, and basic video editing tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to execute ideas and work independently.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your marketing work is required.

Perks & Details

• Salary: $57,000–$75,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional weekend support as needed
• Location: 100% in-office for the first six months (Richmond, VA 23222)
