How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst, Site & SEO Acquisition will play a crucial role in digital card acquisition journeys by owning our consumer & small business acquisition website and search engine optimization (SEO) channels, with a focus on driving profitable card acquisition and delivering site capabilities. Working with a wide group of stakeholders across local and central teams, the successful candidate will leverage their relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and project management abilities to influence Site & SEO strategy and processes while driving acquisition results.  

Key responsibilities will include\: 

• Leverage data & feedback to influence strategy and improve conversion on Site & SEO channels.
  • Drive the execution of our SEO roadmap across content, technical, and on-site optimization efforts.
  • Support in delivering high-impact site capabilities piloting in the Canadian market, with an aim to create efficiencies and improve the digital shopping experience. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Site & SEO performance, using a comprehensive suite of analytic tools to inform actionable business decisions across multiple channels and products.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to evolve our prospect acquisition journey and grow acquisition.
  • Effectively represent and prioritize Canadian consumer & small business card acquisition needs with local and central partners to deliver strategic Site & SEO acquisition initiatives and drive efficiencies across channels.
  • Develop deep partnerships with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to influence strategy & roadmap, share best practices, and balance stakeholder needs.
• Project manage multiple offer and content changes across digital acquisition channels.
  • Identify and deliver Site & SEO enhancements to the website to drive improved prospect conversion and further improve online visibility.
  • Work with central and local teams to execute Site & SEO changes in support of acquisition growth, regulatory requirements, and broader enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing.
• High level of business acumen & natural curiosity, excellent strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to establish & build credibility with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and champion a project from end-to-end.
• Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to make decisions, drive change, and find continual improvement.
• Operational focus to formalize and streamline processes to foster greater efficiencies and reduce risk.
• Track record of achievement in a fast-paced, dynamic role.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Persistent interest in industry trends and other external factors to help guide strategy.

Hiring Range\: $68,000 to $102,000 annually + bonus + benefits
