The Senior Manager of Organic Search will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Inspire Brands’ enterprise Organic Search program across all brands. This role owns the end-to-end organic search growth channel, spanning traditional SEO as well as emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), with a primary goal of ensuring Inspire runs an industry leading program as search behavior and platforms evolve through AI-driven experiences.
This is a highly visible role within the Digital Experience Performance (DXP) team, responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for technical, local, and content driven optimizations for Organic Search, building scalable capabilities, and driving measurable business impact across the Inspire portfolio. The Sr. Manager will manage the Manager of SEO and serve as Inspire’s top internal authority on organic search.
The ideal candidate is both deeply technical and highly strategic: someone who understands how search works today, anticipates how it will work tomorrow, and can proactively evolve the program as the ecosystem shifts across Google, generative search experiences, agentic assistants, and other emerging discovery platforms.
