Your Mission:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SEO Executive to drive through SEO initiatives that will boost revenue and visits.

They will work closely with the SEO Consultant to disseminate SEO knowledge across the business, ensure the website adheres to Google’s best practice and create content plans that will help ensure our products and deals are showing up to our prospective customers in Google.

The SEO Executive will perform in-depth keyword research and work closely with the content teams to make on-page optimisations to improve search engine rankings. They will work with the marketing team to help steer the off-page SEO strategy. And work with the technical and Product teams to drive forward any SEO Technical initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone looking to continue their SEO journey in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and who thrives off seeing the impact of their work.

Your Quests Include:

• The planning and promotion of SEO pages
• Work with the SEO Content Writer to commission content and updates to content from the content teams
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, to make on-page optimisations
• Support in managing junior team members
• Work with the PR and marketing teams to ensure their efforts are in line with the SEO strategy
• Work with the Product and Technical teams to drive through technical SEO improvements
• Perform link audits and submit disavow files to Google
• Support in communicating any SEO guidelines to the wider business
• Field SEO questions from the wider business, and ensure any changes to the website will not negatively impact SEO (with the support of the SEO consultant)

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with content for a digital audience and/ or has a strong understanding of what makes a good piece of content for a user
• + 6 months experience in an in-house SEO role - or has a passion for SEO and the ability to pick things up extremely quickly
• Is a self starter, uses initiative and is able to work independently
• Data and analytically minded - is able to take actionable insights from data
• Thrives in a fast paced environment and adheres to tight deadlines
• Has a desire to learn and upskill themselves in all things SEO
• Is a confident communicator who can work with various senior members of the business
• Excellent written skills, a keen eye for detail with perfect grammar
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Experience using SEO and Analytics tools, such as SEM Rush, Google Trends, Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics is a plus
