The Gig
We're looking for a SEO Analyst to join our Phoenix based SEO team. As our subject-matter-expert, you will work collaboratively with our cross functional teams and confidently engage and advise our clients through regular communication, presentations, and strategy sessions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze and define search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for client websites, including site structure, page structure, and internal linking structure, and define recommendations further optimize
- Help define, create, and implement winning SEO strategies and long-term, sustainable site traffic for our clients. We’re talking outside-the-box thinking to achieve greatness!
- Perform keyword research, in coordination with client business objectives, to optimize existing content and uncover new areas of opportunities
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to assess the visibility of the assigned website, blogs, social media accounts, and commerce pages
- Provide frequent analysis of SEO performance and make recommendations to client
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools to seek out areas of opportunities and advise clients on successful campaign tactics
- Regularly monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across all major search channels
- Stay current with industry trends to keep our strategy on the cutting edge
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and analysts to provide guidance and insight on SEO and optimal user experience
About You
- Passion for all things SEO with the ability to analyze, create, and implement winning SEO strategies that drive results for clients
- Previous experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preferably with a digital agency
- Deep understanding of SEO strategies, website optimization techniques, ranking algorithms, search engine spiders, best practices, and the tools to measure campaign success
- Extensive experience working with Google Analytics and popular keyword tools (Google, SEMRush, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, Docs)
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to learn new CMS, software, and tools quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- you can make a clear case for what you're suggesting, and why, based on the data and research
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple analytical projects, develop project plans, and communicate with various levels of management
