SEO Analyst II

First Community is in search of a SEO Analyst II. This person is responsible for developing the part of the digital strategy supported by Search Engine Optimization used to promote First Community Credit Union’s products and services and drive prospects to conversion.

Plans should be well coordinated with the credit unions strategic objective as well as the overall marketing strategy. Performs marketing research and keeps current with evolving technology.

You will also work to successfully develop, implement and execute SEO strategy. This includes on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility. Continually reviews and audits ensuring high performance and most efficient cost strategies.

Provides feedback to Executive Management and reporting regularly regarding ranking trends and cost metrics. Provides budget recommendations and adjustments as needed through weekly meetings with senior management.

Closely collaborates with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content. This includes website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve performance for SEO ranking and target keywords.

This person will also be responsible for assisting with credit union events both on and off site. 

This position requires a bachelors degree in digital marketing or marketing and five years of experience with search engine optimization. Must be familiar with HTML/CSS and website administration.
