As an SEO Executive, you will support the Senior SEO Manager with the execution of our organic growth strategy across North America and Europe. Your day-to-day will involve deep-diving into research, performing technical audits, and maintaining site health by executing technical and content recommendations from our agency partners. This is a hands-on position designed for someone who enjoys the technical details of SEO, is excited to support the rollout of our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, and wants to drive measurable impact on organic traffic and revenue pipeline.


What You'll Do:

  • Keyword & SEO/AEO Topic Research: Conduct in-depth research for key markets to identify growth opportunities across traditional SEO and AI Search.

  • AEO Strategy Support: Support the rollout of our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy by analyzing data and recommendations from our AEO monitoring tool.

  • Content Optimization & Briefing: Use research insights to shape content optimization and provide clear, actionable briefs to the content team or external agency partners to ensure high performance in both SEO and AI answer engines.

  • Technical & Content Auditing: Perform regular audits to ensure our website is optimized for search performance, focusing on crawlability and indexability.

  • Agency Implementation: Directly implement or brief the web team on technical recommendations provided by our SEO agency partners.

  • Site Health Maintenance: Proactively monitor and fix technical errors to preserve site authority and minimize risk.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in regular SEO/AEO performance reporting to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For

  • SEO Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within a complex B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Technical Foundations: A strong understanding of technical SEO foundations, including crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and major SEO platforms like Semrush or Ahrefs.

  • AI-First Mindset: Strong interest in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques and new search technologies.

  • Execution-Focused: A proactive mindset with a focus on executing recommendations and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience within the Travel, FinTech, or Expense Management industries.

  • Familiarity with Storyblok CMS platform.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
