You will move beyond traditional SEO to pioneer Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), researching and writing high-impact content that thrives in AI-driven search environments. This role offers end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, profitable fintech environment.

What you will do:

• Research, write, and deploy innovative content for major financial products while building a suite of AI copywriting tools to accelerate production.

• Manage Lendable’s official presence on platforms like Reddit, executing high-quality community engagement strategies including expert AMAs.

• Track performance using GSC, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to iterate on content strategies that drive measurable organic growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience within consumer finance, specifically owning both content production and technical analytics.

• Demonstrates proficiency with CMS platforms like Contentful and the ability to bridge the gap between AI-generated drafts and polished, high-converting copy.

• Exhibits a deep curiosity for how AI is changing search behavior and a proactive “owner” mindset to solve complex growth problems independently.
