Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a fast-growing white-label SEO company that helps agencies and in-house teams deliver results at scale. They blend strategy, execution, and fulfillment with complete transparency and unbeatable turnaround times. Their clients do not just outsource SEO; they trust them as an extension of their business.


Now, they are ready to scale their US revenue engine, and they are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive new business and revenue growth.


The Role

As an SEO Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals for the agency’s SEO and link-building services. You’ll leverage your existing network, outbound strategies, and proven sales experience to drive new client acquisitions while being supported by the internal strategy and operations teams. Your goal will be to consistently close $5,000+ in new deals per month while maintaining strong client relationships and transparent communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through your own network, referrals, partnerships, and outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify agency client needs and align them with the agency’s SEO and link-building offerings.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline—from prospecting to proposal to closure.
  • Collaborate with the agency’s internal sales support team for audits, proposals, and pricing presentations.
  • Deliver $5,000+ in closed deals per month, consistently and predictably.
  • Represent the agency as a trusted partner to other agencies and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and report progress regularly.


Required Experiences and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within an SEO agency or digital marketing services company (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to generate leads independently and close SEO or link-building projects valued at $5K per month.
  • Must have grown within the organization in their previous job roles.
  • Strong professional network within the digital marketing and agency community.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, backlinks, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-driven and capable of operating independently in a fractional capacity.
  • Experience using CRM and lead-gen tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
