As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in driving online visibility and growth for a portfolio of international clients. You’ll analyze, strategize, and execute SEO initiatives that improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance digital performance across multiple industries. Collaborating with designers, developers, and content experts, you’ll ensure best practices are consistently applied. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven professional who thrives in a remote and fast-paced digital environment, balancing technical excellence with creative optimization.
Accountabilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and deliver actionable insights to improve performance and user experience.
- Implement on-page SEO optimization, including metadata, headings, content structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Manage technical SEO efforts to ensure site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and proper indexing.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other assets for target keywords and engagement.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and visibility.
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis and monitor trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to track KPIs and provide monthly reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and website launches, ensuring SEO alignment to minimize traffic disruption.
- Contribute to Google Ads and paid search initiatives to complement organic strategies.
- Work closely with UX and development teams to align SEO best practices with overall user experience improvements.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence explaining SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ads/PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Background in optimizing sites for SaaS, finance, or technology clients preferred.
- Highly autonomous, organized, and proactive, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency is required.
- Based in Europe, with availability during CET working hours.
