Position Summary
The SEO Team Lead is a dual-impact role designed for a seasoned expert who can drive exceptional client results while fostering the growth of a high-performing SEO team. You will serve as the primary strategic lead for a dedicated book of clients—managing monthly optimizations, quarterly recaps, and content strategies—while simultaneously overseeing a team of SEO Specialists. As a Team Lead, you are responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring Task Completion SLAs are met across your team, and mentoring staff on best practices. You will act as a senior point of escalation for Account Managers and work cross-functionally to refine our SEO product offering in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $60,000 - $67,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
