About you

You have a deep understanding of technical and strategic SEO, with the ability to lead comprehensive audits that drive meaningful results. You're highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.


About the job

In this role, you will independently develop strategic SEO plans that drive measurable results. You'll translate complex data into actionable, high-level insights and collaborate regularly across teams to create meaningful impact. With a strong focus on quality and reliability, you consistently deliver work on time while clearly communicating your findings and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and client teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical SEO audits and implement on-site optimizations, including for Drupal websites.
  • Use advanced SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio) to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
  • Build, present, and explain strategies and results directly to clients in a clear, confident, and compelling way.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, web development, analytics, paid media) to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to build their SEO expertise.

What you bring to the table

  • 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on technical SEO.
  • Proven experience with Drupal SEO implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency with leading SEO and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and guide others.

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:

  • Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
  • Round 2: An interview with a team lead and some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.
  • Assignment: Candidates invited to the final round will be asked to complete a take-home assessment, which will be reviewed and discussed during the interview.
  • Round 3: A final conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
