We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and analytics to drive traffic and enhance our online presence. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and improve online presence
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively and the budget is optimized.
• Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and social media engagement, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO
• Stay on top of social media and real estate market trends, the competitive landscape, and new marketing technologies to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Lead efforts to improve online reputation management by managing reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google My Business and Glassdoor.
• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques
• Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
