About the Company

This is a fast-growing SaaS and digital marketing company serving trailer, powersports, RV, marine, and automotive dealerships across the United States. The company provides paid advertising, SEO, and website optimization services designed to drive measurable lead generation and sales performance for dealer clients. The team operates in a lean, execution-focused structure with strong leadership and clear processes in place.

Role Overview

The Paid Ads & SEO Associate is a hands-on execution role focused primarily on paid advertising, with secondary responsibility for SEO implementation and optimization. This role supports multiple dealership accounts and works closely with senior marketing leadership. The associate will execute campaign changes, analyze performance data, identify issues or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

This role is ideal for a mid-level digital marketer who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into greater ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, A/B testing, bid management, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and Meta insights to identify performance issues, tracking gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple dealer accounts.
  • Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, content recommendations, and link-building initiatives.
  • Utilize SEMrush or similar tools for keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, competitor tracking, and ranking improvements.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates and content creation.
  • Perform light WordPress-based SEO updates such as metadata adjustments, blog publishing, and basic on-page optimizations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current with Google and Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in paid media and SEO.

Hard Skills

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization levers.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices including on-page, technical, and content-related SEO.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
  • Comfort managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic website editing for SEO purposes.
  • HubSpot familiarity is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable executing tasks independently while following established strategies.
  • Curious and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback within a team environment.

About the Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid media and/or SEO roles.
  • Experience working with multiple accounts or clients preferred.
  • Background in automotive, dealership, or local-business marketing is a strong plus but not required.
  • Confident working with data, making campaign adjustments, and implementing optimizations.
  • Interested in growing into greater ownership and responsibility over time.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a critical part in executing and optimizing the paid advertising and SEO strategies that drive lead generation for dealership clients. Strong performance in this position improves campaign efficiency, supports client retention, and enables the marketing team to scale effectively. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into deeper campaign ownership and client-facing responsibilities.
