Job Description:
Movoto is seeking a Senior SEO Analyst to drive the growth of organic traffic across millions of indexed pages. In this role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, and content teams to shape and execute enterprise-scale SEO strategies, optimize site architecture, and ensure best practices are applied across diverse landing page types. You’ll monitor performance metrics, design and evaluate SEO experiments, and identify opportunities to improve visibility and rankings.

What you’ll do:
- Drive overall SEO strategy in partnership with the Head of SEO to help grow organic traffic to Movoto.com and its millions of indexed pages
- Build and influence the product and engineering roadmap that supports SEO growth efforts, and work closely with those teams to address growth initiatives and any critical issues that arise
- Forecast and build out SEO goals aligned with business objectives
- Run post-test analyses to validate impact and ensure results scale across millions of pages
- Develop and design SEO tests in partnership with product and engineering, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders on results
- Regularly audit dozens of landing page types, ensuring SEO best practices are followed while constantly identifying new opportunities to improve rankings
- Optimize crawl budget, site architecture, schema/structured data, internal linking, and sitemap strategy
- Monitor key SEO metrics daily, debug issues, and alert stakeholders when problems have material impact
- Own and manage relationships with all SEO vendors and partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and scalable execution
- Regularly report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, organic sessions, CTR, etc.) and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Who you are:
- 5+ years SEO experience with proven results driving growth at large, complex, enterprise-scale sites (ideally 1M+ indexed pages)
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise, including crawl/indexation management, site architecture, schema markup, and internal linking
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar)
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for SEO initiatives
- Strong SQL or data analysis skills for post-test evaluation and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with automated QA and monitoring tools (DebugBear or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge; ability to QA front-end SEO implementations.
- Effective communicator who can clearly explain SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
- Detail-oriented and rigorous about QA and validation; you don’t just recommend changes, you verify that they work at scale
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets to diagnose issues and evaluate impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and optimizing SEO-focused content
- Proven ability to partner with and manage external agencies or vendors to scale SEO execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in real estate, housing, or fintech industries
- Experience leading enterprise SEO initiatives with a focus on technical SEO, partnering closely with product and engineering
- Familiarity with local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews)

Pay: $140,000 - $160,000
