Weβre looking for an SEO/GEO Analyst, as part of this role, you will analyze performance metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and help optimize content visibility across search engines and AI-powered search tools. Youβll work closely with strategists, content specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure our clients achieve the highest possible organic impact across all platforms.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep SEO knowledge, and an understanding of how modern AI systems evaluate and surface content. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying optimization opportunities and translating insights into meaningful actions.
Analyze organic performance metrics across search engines, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
Monitor AI-prompts trends, ranking changes, visibility patterns, and competitive landscapes.
Perform in-depth SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page growth opportunities.
Track GEO-based performance variations and provide insights for localized optimization strategies.
Evaluate how client content is interpreted and presented in AI-driven search or conversational platforms.
Develop optimization recommendations for visibility and accuracy across major AI tools.
Test and document behaviors of AI models to support ongoing strategic development.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports.
Collaborate with teams across the organizationΒ to improve organic results and user experience.
Work with the Organic team to refine strategies based on trends and performance data.
Participate in client meetings, presenting findings and strategic recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, algorithm updates, and emerging AI search behavior.
Supporting the creation of internal guidelines and briefs for cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent alignment across strategic initiatives.
3+ years of experience in SEO, GEO analysis, or similar analytical roles.
Native English speaker with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, ranking factors, and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Comfort with data analysis, synthesis, and visualization.
Familiarity with AI-based search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and how they evaluate contentβadvantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
