About Role

Lebara Mobile UK is looking for a seasoned SEO and Direct Specialist to strengthen our organic visibility and boost direct customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in search engine optimisation and direct marketing strategies, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.


Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

2. On-Page Optimisation: Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.

3. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimisation

4. Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and search engine indexing.

5. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and effectively engages both new and existing customers.

6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and inform strategic decisions.

7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights, ensuring monthly new acquisition targets are met within the allocated budget.

8. Refer & Earn (RAF): Own the RAF program to manage and drive continuous new acquisition growth and ensure a seamless end-to-end journey for users.

9. KPIs: Ensuring that the website and app have optimised content for both new and existing customers, while driving overall organic and direct traffic growth. Responsible for increasing non-branded traffic, maximising revenue from existing customers, and achieving new customer acquisitions from RAF/Organic/Direct channels within the allocated budget



Person Specification

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AEM and WordPress content management systems.


Non-Technical Skills

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

4. Understanding audience needs, search intent, and user experience (UX).

5. Aligning SEO efforts with customer journey and brand positioning.


Experience

Proven hands-on experience in SEO and direct marketing, preferably within the

telecommunications sector.
