THE OPPORTUNITY

As an SEO Manager, you’ll own the SEO and GEO/AIO strategy across a portfolio of clients. Your focus is simple: grow organic visibility, authority and revenue in a world shaped by AI, LLMs and evolving search behaviour.

You’ll work closely with the SEO Director and be supported by a centralised team of specialists, best-in-class tools, and clear strategic direction.

What you’ll do

• Develop and lead SEO strategies across traditional search, AIO/GEO and LLM-driven discovery
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes
• Manage projects across internal teams and client stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively raise the bar on performance
• Mentor and support junior team members where required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• 4+ years hands-on SEO experience
• Strong strategic capability across modern SEO, including AIO/GEO and AI-driven search
• Proven project management skills across multiple stakeholders
• Sydney-based (hybrid role)
• Full working rights in Australia

Ideal

• Agency experience (1+ year minimum)
• Proven results across multiple SEO accounts
• Experience mentoring or managing team members
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Self-starter who takes ownership and pushes for better outcomes
