We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO Marketing Manager to drive organic growth across our roofing, electrical, and waterproofing divisions. If you know how to turn search data into leads and love fast-paced, high-impact roles—this is your next move.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the SEO strategy for all construction service lines
Conduct local/regional keyword research (e.g., “flat roof repair Miami”)
Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service content for search intent
Tackle technical SEO: page speed, crawl errors, mobile UX, schema, etc.
Sync with sales to align SEO with lead gen & bid cycles
Track performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console
Collaborate with internal marketing teams & external vendors
What You Bring:
3+ years of SEO experience (construction or home services = a plus)
Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with CMS tools like WordPress or HubSpot
Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceTitan, CompanyCam, or JobNimbus
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to thrive in a field-oriented, fast-paced environment
