Your role in the Team's Success

Drive organic growth and enhance our search visibility across global markets while navigating the complex world of fintech regulations.

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager you’ll be working alongside market analysts and technical developers to drive our SEO strategy across numerous Emerging Market countries. Your technical expertise and strategic thinking will help us maintain our position as a leader in the competitive fintech space through data-driven optimization and innovative search strategies.

What you'll do

  • Defining and leading the organic search strategy for each market leading to more and higher rankings for specific key terms on natural search - creating visibility, traffic, and ultimately quality prospects we can convert into valuable clients.
  • Own the ASO strategy and ensure that both direct and indirect ranking factors are catered for in a collaborative app strategy.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement solutions across our global platform architecture
  • Develop and execute keyword strategies for financial products across multiple markets and languages
  • Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first experiences
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements and schema markup
  • Monitor and analyse organic search performance using advanced analytics and reporting tools
  • Ensure all SEO activities comply with financial services regulations and YMYL content standards
  • Work with content teams to optimize on-page elements and user experience for search visibility
  • Manage relationships with external SEO tools and agencies to maximize performance

What you'll need for this role

  • 3-5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries
  • Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Google Analytics
  • Strong technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and understanding of website architecture
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and technical performance optimization
  • Understanding of YMYL content requirements and E-E-A-T principles for financial content
  • Experience with schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO implementations
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with large-scale website optimization and enterprise SEO challenges
