Responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of initiatives to improve our SEO, website, HTML, Adobe and digital strategies. Someone who has familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, SUMrush and the world of online digital marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive organic growth through best-in-class SEO strategy and execution.
- Audit websites for SEO (Adobe EM, Wordpress) to identify deficiencies and remediate performance gaps, related recommendations and implement SEO enhancements to garner organic site improvements.
- Maintain and grow the website and blog to engage and educate visitors, improve the user experience and increase lead conversions.
- Establish a digital roadmap with quarterly milestones focused on improving the information architecture, page design, content, functionality and overall visitor experience
- Be responsible for Strategy Planning & Execution for SEO campaigns, analytics, keyword rankings monitoring, keyword research, site auditing methods and link analysis.
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific – evaluate and maximize the web content.
- Regularly check for crawl errors, canonical issues, bad redirects, duplicate content to let the client know and minimize such technical errors on the client site.
- Proactively identify new potential SEO projects and highlight key opportunities for to drive the organization forward.
- Measure and report performance of the web performance, all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Constantly search and study how target search for information and pair that with a strong technical aptitude and ability to analyze datasets, uncover trends and insights, and then turn those findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across US marketing team, agency and partners to evaluate SEO opportunities that deliver business goals.
Desired Skills:
- 3+ year of integrated marketing program development, preferably at an interactive agency, marketing department or advertising firms.
- College or University degree
- It is especially crucial to be familiar with technical aspects of SEO, search engine algorithms, on page SEO and definitely to be able to work with tools that provide better performance of SEO activities:
- Analytical skills and knowledge of Google tools (Google Analytics and Google Search Console / adv)
- PPC knowledge considering Web Analytics, SEM (Search engine marketing / Google AdWords)
- Search engine algorithms are constantly changing so it is important to be aware of the technical aspects of SEO to be able to fix the issues and achieve perfect visibility of a website. Among these requirements knowledge of Adobe EM “Adobe Experience Manager” – web platform and CSS;
- Among other important technical SEO skills are H1 and meta tags, status codes, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and solving crawl issues;
- Candidates should be familiar with SEO tools like SEMrush (*) Moz and Ahrefs.
- Being internet savvy, analytical, know Excel and power point and have good communications skills is a takeaway.
- Familiarity and experience with automated marketing tools (Salesforce Pardot)
- Understanding of HTML5 and front-end web programming languages
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud Programs
- Marketing team is based out of US; Possibility to work with US time zone in the mornings (local time: afternoon and night)
