Optimising is seeking the best and the brightest SEO Specialist to join our Search team in our Melbourne office (Currently on a 3/2 office/WFH roster)
The Job: SEO Specialist
As part of our talented team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients and be able to manage those relationships successfully.
- Manage all aspects of SEO projects, including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing and launch.
- Manage the ongoing requirements of the SEO Campaign, including link building, competitor analysis, outreach, and copywriting.
- Be skilled at compiling reporting, analytics and data analysis for clients.
- Stay up to date on all industry news.

About you…
- You have previous experience working for digital clients or as part of an organisation.
- You also have hands-on exposure to UX and design principles, as well as experience working with eCommerce platforms – i.e. Shopify.
- You have provided mentorship and leadership within a team environment
- You have implemented technical SEO solutions and have worked hands-on with web development teams
- You actively participate and have a keen interest in sharing industry knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional creative and branding solutions for our clients.
- The ability to establish and develop client relationships at all levels and manage expectations.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong presentation skills.
- You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas.
- High attention to detail and proven time management skills.
- Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role.
- Embrace our learning culture with innovation and an attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and work with new technology systems.
You have…
- At least +2year of hands-on SEO experience
- Previous experience working with web analytics & paid search tools & systems
- Applied understanding and knowledge of web development, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, etc
- Proficient in the usual software tools (i.e. Google Suite, Harvest (time tracking), Google Analytics, Ahrefs…)
